We set an Early Bird deadline of Thursday, June 30, 2011, now passed, for you to pre-register and take advantage of the special discounted registration fee. Please note that we have added an at the door registration category this year. Your early registration is appreciated and helps with event planning.
Door Registration Fee – (first attendee): $350 per person November 8 to November 14. HIA Full Company Members may bring additional attendees (company employees) at a $50 discount each. All other attendees must be HIA Supporting Members.
The registration fee includes pastries and coffee in the morning, lunch and dinner on Monday, November 14. (The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast.) It also includes attendance to our Annual General Meeting, panel discussions and awards dinner, as well as the opportunity to network with other members. Your travel, lodging and meals (except as noted above) are not included.

(You must stay at least one of the nights of the HIA Convention to get the special rate.)
