Your early registration is appreciated and helps with event planning. Please note that like last year we have an at the door registration category. The Door Registration Fee is $350 per person and additional attendees are as below.
Late Registration Fee – (first attendee): $300 per person September 1 to November 2. HIA Full Company Members may bring additional attendees (company employees) at a $50 discount each. All other attendees must be HIA Supporting Members.
The registration fee includes pastries and coffee in the morning, lunch and dinner on Monday, November 12. (The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast.) It also includes attendance to our Annual General Meeting, panel discussions and awards dinner, as well as the opportunity to network with other members. Your travel, lodging and meals (except as noted above) are not included.

Through a special arrangement, the hotel is also offering the same room rates for a limited number of rooms for HIA members who are exhibiting at or attending the SF Green Festival, so you can conveniently stay there for both events. (You must stay at least one of the nights of the HIA Conference to get the special rate.)
