Submit a Poster

The HIA Meeting Poster Session is open to anyone to display a poster complimenting the programming: industry, policy, and the science of industrial hemp.  Posters only, no presentation, and posters will be up the duration of the conference.  We ask that posters be staffed during the active hours of the exhibit area during the days of Sunday, September 10th and Monday, September 11th (exact times to be announced).

Directions on how to proceed:
You will need to either be a member of ASA, CSSA, or SSSA, or register as a guest, creating a username and password.  Once logged in, you will be led to the Poster Abstract submission.  Please follow the steps, including paying the $50 submission fee, and you will receive a confirmation once submitted.  You will also be emailed more information closer to the event.  Should you have any questions about the poster session in the meantime, please contact 
jpluemer@sciencesocieties.org. 

Note that the number of posters is limited, so submit soon to ensure your spot!  Poster submission ends August 4, 2017.
