The HIA is hosting a hemp building course in Lexington, KY. The project is the construction of a "shotgun house" in the limestone district of downtown Lexington. The course is a 3 day hands-on event. Day 1 features a lecture on the use of hemp and lime for construction, its benefits and how hempcrete is mixed and poured.
